Everything we do in the nurseries is dependent on the assistance of the park's most valuable user group, our volunteers. Having the nurseries spread over the 30 linear miles of the park gives local volunteers and students the opportunity to steward the park in their own backyard and the knowledge that they are leaving a better place for their children and grandchildren.
